Lilia goes to Poqouson HS (Class of 2026). She is joining the staff as an exceptional intern that will start her journey with us gaining valuable experience as a Recovery Tech & Administrative & Marketing Associate. Lilly has been with us for a few months training to becoming a better volleyball athlete and assisting with operations. She is now eager to expand her knowledge in Sports Medicine, coaching, leadership, and overall business development. Working hard to transition to becoming an official staff member.
- Assisting with athletic recovery sessions & shadowing professionals
- Assisting with strength & conditioning for athletes in all sports
- Gathering Essential test metrics for athlete progression charts
- Setting up the weight room & performance areas for sessions
- Capturing videos & photos for both video analysis and marketing
- Compiling videos & photos into organized albums
- Assisting with social media management & creating reels/posts
- Learning Customer Service, sales, and working the reception desk
- Working closely with our staff & executives for leadership development
- Learning general administrative tasks for organizaton & general knowledge
