No matter what sport you play, it is important to have a consistent weight training regimen to stay strong & physically fit to play at a high level. We have multiple coaches on site that can help you develop a customized workout program that can match you specific phase of your season (Off Season, Pre-Season, In-Season).   • Come into the VXP Lab and receive an evaluation from an experienced expert in the industry to learn more about the benefits of strength and conditioning and the many ways we can help you accomplish your goals. This service is not specific to any sport and is open to all youth and even adults that simply want to build their body.

    If you are an athlete that is already set up with a skills plan and is just looking to enhance your strength & power, this would be a great option to add to your training regimen. The evaluation includes a full questionnaire to learn more about your goals, habits, and experience and is followed by a weight room assessment and a gauge of your current biomechanics and technique in a few key lifts and exercises.

  • Get set up with a one on one session with a certified coach that devotes all his attention towards you for the entire duration of your package. Execute your customized training program with guidance and hands on coaching to ensure we meet all of your goals and desires. The exercises will specifically target your needs based on the information gathered from the initial evaluation and will include testing periodically to measure growth and progress.

  • There is a sports performance enhancement class that runs 4x’s a week that is designed for athletes of all sports to join to get Bigger, Faster, & Stronger. The athletes undergo strength & conditioning, plyometric training, mobility enhancement, and speed and agility training. Current schedule is Sunday (1pm), Monday/Tues/Thursday at 6pm!

    Cost: $375 for up to 16 sessions in the month–Package renews every month

speed & agility

Speed is most often the greatest determining factor in separating an athlete from their peers and competitors. If you just flat out need to get faster and want to really learn how to sprint, then let us show you how to master the principles of acceleration, improve your sprint mechanics, and overall speed endurance.

Agility is another highly reactive skill that allows an athlete to quickly change direction and is so essential for nearly every sport. Come learn more effective ways to improve your agility and give your athlete a competitive advantage.

  • This entire evaluation is centered around assessing your athlete’s strengths and weaknesses based around speed & sprinting. We will gauge their flexibility, mobility in hips, shoulders, and ankles while also taking them through a series of baseline drills to monitor and grade their sprint mechanics, knowledge of angles, & awareness of all phases of sprinting.

  • Hire a private coach to take your athlete through isolated training sessions to help them develop better sprint mechanics and execute their speed formula that will translate to their sport. With one on one attention it quickens the learning curve and leads to exponential growth. Training comes with a graded breakdown and speed tests throughout to measure progress and growth.

  • Speed & Agility group classes will launch in April and be held 2x’s a week for multiple age groups and skill levels. Flexible scheduling options with classes during the week and on the weekend. Please stay tuned for finalized scheduling & registration.

Come train with certified vertimax instructors and learn how to safely and quickly increase your vertical jump, lateral quickness, and overall explosiveness! Our coaches have developed strategic formulas that can cater towards a specific sport or can be utilized for general fitness for developing strength, speed, agility, and power. Cutting edge piece of equipment that is transcending the industry.

  • In order for our staff to be safe in prescribing the proper amount of resistance and intensity, every athlete must complete a screening process and undergo testing. There is no way around this so that we maintain our integrity and company’s standard and protocols. You have the option to schedule a sports related evaluation that includes the proper testing or schedule a vertimax specific readiness evaluation.

    Includes testing in vertical jump, broad jump, agility, balance/stability assessment, and specific muscle group testing for strength and endurance in the core, hips, & shoulders.

    Costs: Individuals $75.00 Medium Groups: $40.00/athlete Large Groups: $25/athlete

  • This program is perfect for the super busy, multi-task champion that must find time and balance to stick to their fitness routines! Let us help you stay fit, strong, and mentally powerful to attack your fitness goals while dominating your professional endeavors to take care of your family. This program comes with on-site training 3 times a week, plus an at-home regimen to execute strength, core, & flexibility routines on your own. An individualized profile is created to track progress and is an 8-week minimum commitment.

  • Not quite ready to commit to a full 8-12 week program and just want to get started!? Then you can test the waters with either a few sessions at a time or go month to month with a coach one on one and start to build your customized program. Teens and adults are eligible for this form of personal training and it will jump start your fitness journey and give you a solid foundation!
